11 The Web
This card is Justice in other decks. It seems quite different looking at the card directly. I get the feeling of creating your own reality and cutting and making ties between people. Also the feeling of us all being connected and synchronicities where messages, omens and signs can be fed back to us form the outside world to give us clues to what is going on within us. I really like the spider and the web on this card.

I go into the card....
"We are the hazel nuts the fruit of things to come - from us will grow great trees if we are planted correctly - we are also symbols of the creative process and of protection and the need to plant your ideas in fertile soil. We give protection form the spiritual realms traditionally and will ensure that your ideas are purified and your intentions are clearly set into motion rather than being muddied by personal lack of focus - we help you focus clearly."
I ask the spider to tell me about himself and his beautiful web.. "I am creating my world, though I spend hard work and time on my web - positioning etc and repairing frequently, I leave the actual fruition of my work to the higher powers, I am patient as I sit back and wait and I can teach you this patience too - knowing when to work hard and take risks, and when to sit back and wait, for the balance of all these things is needed for you to create your own reality in the highest possible way. I can teach you to take risks for this is needed for the beginning of any project I leap out into the unknown hoping to find a starting point for a new web and I will try and try again until the right place is found. So take risks have courage and faith in yourself and the powers that be for only by taking risks can you truly be living. There is, as with everything, a time to risk and a time to build and a time to wait, know which phase you are in and you will find life flowing. I like to be connected up - my web is like the threads of connections running through all things, and like the myriad of pathways we can all take to get to our source, each person taking their own route yet heading for the same destination ultimately. For you now you are learning this final balance ... waiting is a big part of it here - wait until the connections are all made - travel the web till it is complete and you will know the time is then right. So often have you leaped to take that first step to make a web and so often have you worked hard to make the web itself but rarely have you waited the time required for true fruition - in your life now you are given this chance and you will be able to feel the threads to others to know how the whole of the web is feeling. Take it slower than usual - you have done the preparation work the rest will come by others picking up the energies that have been set in motion.
"Thank you" I say and follow a thread to the woman in the picture, "Hello" I say "- What is your role here in this card?" " I am the one who sees over all and cuts the threads of the web of Wyrd to make the mirrors that people require to see themselves. Threads are made by themselves and sometimes they send a vibration through the whole that needs to be adjusted to be a true and honest refection of what IS. My job is to make this assessment and to adjust the webs structure to reflect this. I judge and I judge fairly - there is no punishment for my judgments are not about right and wrong, but about truth and the accurate reflection of the truth. I wear the yellow robes of the Self, that always it is the true self that I honour and serve, I will not make moves based on the external personas but on the internal reality at any time. I have my faithful friend with me in the form of this dog indicating my faithful commitment to my task. Gain my friendship and it will set you free as you find your Self expressed in everything you do. You would drop all self denigration and find that you are as you are and that would be fulfilment in itself. So I am your friend in this, even if sometimes you do not like the reflection I throw back at you. Know that it is only a sign of your self dislike and that you can come to love yourself by knowing yourself more fully.
"What if you are reversed?" "Well, I would show your own self hatred and your determination to avoid looking at reality. You are having a hard time letting go of a persona that was keeping you safe at one time - though the current reality is that you no longer need it, but it is too scary for you to truly look out at the world. It would be an indication that you needed to tune into what you really want to be doing and to live that more and more, rather than to carry on in your current mode. Open up, be truthful - the truth will set you free it is not as scary as you feel it will be, - know there is healing ahead for you, for the web shows the energies of what is to come - something has been set into motion that can bring deep transformation but you are resisting the leap of faith that it requires. Let go and let the web direct you."
"Thank you" I say - "You have truly shown me your meaning here and I feel the connection you have with justice (the card) and yet the distance you are from the traditional sense here, your wisdom is inspiring to me. "
I bow to her in appreciation and leave the card. All is as it needs to be, all is connected and all is in peace.
I loved this card and though I carried out the meditation some time ago - as I re read it it holds relevance for me now. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did!

The readings I offer on the phone, internet, in person or by post are detailed and last between 1/2 hour to an hour, also I record them onto CD or MP3 so you can listen to them time and time again – often people find that the things I have said take on new meanings as time passes and that the information that comes through really helps as situations unfold.
Information is gained both from the tarot cards as well as psychically the two forms of guidance merging together to give insight to any situation you are concerned about, or you general future.
Readings can be done by distance onto a CD or MP3 and sent to you in the post, so there's no need to be living in my area, or need to find a time we can both be present. I offer readings Face to Face, On Skype video phone, and usual telephone, as well as distance readings without you needing to be present or available when I do the reading for your focus directly onto CD or MP3. I now offer ongoing development sessions where we use guided meditations, readings and counselling techniques of various kinds to help you develop yourself from both a spiritual and psychological point of view. Personal relationship awareness and self development
By request, I am currently developing a course focusing on psychological self development and awareness of relationship patterns of behaviour we get into time and time again, to be run later on in the year. It will be heavily based on the theories of Transactional Analysis, which is a theory that explores the games we play with each other and the internal sub-personalities of Parent, Adult and Child, with a view to becoming more authentic in our lives. The course will be held online via a forum as my other courses are. It is not connected with tarot reading specifically, however it will be useful in dealing with clients, whether tarot, healing or other supportive professional roles - particularly where you may find challenges of communication. Initial Thoth Course We are currently taking bookings for the Initial Thoth course starting on January 2012. It covers the psychological and intuitional approaches to reading with the Thoth. There is a good deal of personal work and students often feel they have transfermed personally a lot through the course's duration, in addition to feeling confident with the Thoth and their increasing intuitive skills.
